i get that, i also try wayyy too much to attribute just about everything to one of my mental illnesses. i think in my case i might also have ocd and i do have anxiety, so i feel like the intersection of these three makes a lot of autistic traits cumulate and making it look like it a bit??

are you diagnosed or suspecting other mental illnesses yourself? because comorbid disorders are pretty common for adhd i think
