@not_on_pizza HUH. ok only /some/ of these things apply but i did a double take at "may not have taste/good texture issues". because I've had this problem for ages.
i still have no clue if i fit on the autistic spectrum but it is interesting that this could have mental health reasons. I already figured because when i smoke weed it'll get better and I'll actually really enjoy food. maybe I'll have to mention that to my psychiatrist too next time.

@mimtschan That list was really interesting for me to find, because it picked up on a few things that definitely apply to me (the point about hair, in particular).

The conversation where I found that link was one of people talking about their bad experiences of trying to get an official autism diagnosis. My attempts fucked me up so hard that I felt it necessary to self-harm just to feel vaguely human again...
