i went to my health care provide bc i always only get a tiny shred of my psychiatrist bills back
the lady said its dependent on what it says on the bill
i asked her what he has to put on the bill
she told me she can't tell me how my psychiatrist is supposed to write his
bills

??? ??? ???? ???

who do i ask then because he asked me to find out

i just want to. not pay for necessary doctor's visits out of my own pocket???
