i'm hearing a lot of chatter lately (the good kind) about how awful user experiences are on the modern web.
i'm wondering who's thinking about ways to improve the situation.
ranting is an important first step. sharing how bad it is, how it used to be better is great. but before long it just becomes crying into the void.
i'd love to hear about groups, folks, movements that are actually thinking about solutions. if you know any, plz pass them along!
