Quick question before I start playing Nier Automata: Is 2B a Beatrix from FF9 goth fan character? Does it stand for "Two Beatrixes?" (Beatrices?)

but i've played the heck out of NieR:Automata

so, maybe you tell me when you're done if i should play ff9 :P

@meena I'll tell you right now: Play FF9. It's arguably the best PS1 RPG (it's a very big argument). It's very charming and is the best, visually, the PS1 could do. Recent releases have cheats added to it to decrease 90s RPG "this game has to be 90 hours" fatigue.

@meena I've played a fair chunk of the original Nier, and while they're not the same, in any regard really, they're both *good*

@idesofmerch i only have a ps4* so not sure how to play it
