can someone please explain to me the difference between fascism and imperialism?
it seems that fascism's "end game" is usually (always?) imperialistic, but that most imperialist "governments" do just fine without fascist… measures within the confines of their "home base"

Have you read The Origins of Totalitarianism? It has a section of Imperialism as a precursor, as well as working hard to make distinctions.
