What are those stages all new groups go through again?
First they form, exploring the new social space
Then they discuss and/or fight, as rules and norms are established and sorted out
Then they calm down, cohere, acknowledge those present as legit members, and support each other
Then they get shit done

I imagine there might be a few transitions between those two first stages going on right about now
