My mom just came in and handed me a bottle of lobelia extract "for when I feel ashtma-y". Apparently lobelia is... pretty toxic? so no thanks.
From what i can tell this gives me the same symptoms as my actual medicine, but with less effectiveness and a higher risk of a coma or death.
