"Groff and mom: an overview"
here's some real #retrocomputing for you whippersnappers, from when vector display on CRT was chosen over Nixie tubes for power efficiency: the Friden EC-130, designed by Bob Ragen and the first calculator to use reverse Polish notation. Sold for 2200 USD back in June of 1963, with a thirteen-digit capacity. The boundaries of computing would be pushed two years later by its successor, the EC-132, which added a square root function to its bag of tricks.
when you realize that a pda is actually starting to be considered retro computing now, and the past feels so much further away
and not all of the links on these pages are actually up to date (by-sa links to the 3.0 version instead of the 4.0 version)
they're buried under subpages instead of just making the website a way to get to their licenses directly
why does the creative commons website make you follow two links just to get to a javascript license picker instead of just giving a plain list on the homepage

"egomaniac's kiss" by dna, some of the best no wave i've heard. ikue mori's drumming seems to hold it all together, with arto lindsay providing guitar and vocals and robin crutchfield on keyboard
