I take Adderall daily myself (prescribed) and it honestly keeps me somewhat sane

@SilviaFox @mallaidh @Angle I spend some time in bed, some days, just crying because I can't focus on things, anything I want to do, or keep playing or anything...it's really annoying.

@LottieVixen @SilviaFox @mallaidh Yeah I do the same thing. There are various things I've found which can help - music, exercise, making food sometimes, seeing people, etc. I still go through relatively frequent crashes though. :/

@LottieVixen @Angle @SilviaFox yeah, i do advise avoiding st. john's wort as a stimulant until you figure out whether it'll interfere with whatever you're taking

Have you tried meditation? I have and while it's not as effective as adderall I think it helps a little bit. :/

I have but it was super hard (see impossible) without my then partner, forcing me to do it....eugh i wish i could just i cant make myself do it.

erm well when I tried H for the first and only time (i guess that's not a good thing to base this off so lets forget that)

third time watched youtube videos amazed with the fact I could focus, spent a lot of time crying too.

@LottieVixen @Angle yeah codeine is just, hard stuff and the effect is really just slowing you down as i understand it

@mallaidh @Angle for me it heavily helped stop as i call it

usually with this i'll be on one train of thought, if i jump to another (by choice or not) I lose the rest.

those trains and jumping between them doesn't cause the loss of the others! I can kinda trace things back and keep things in my mind, it's really nice to be able to do that

@LottieVixen @mallaidh Hmm. It might just be that you have a weird reaction to that drug - it's fairly common for reactions to vary. There are some people who have stimulants put them to sleep, for example. :/
