i'm considering buying some like fancy nice earbuds because i break earbuds like every three weeks but i'm terrified that what'll happen is instead of spending $12 on earbuds that break in a month i'll have spent $100 on earbuds that'll break in a month

though i actually think games might be uniquely suited to this kind of thing, like simulating dream logic, since in a game you get to actually like, have a dream rather than just have someone boringly narrate their dream to you
it's always weird when people talk about how like some work of art is supposed to evoke dreams or whatever since there's literally nothing more boring than other people's dreams
i mean there was also like, master of orion 2 and command and conquer red alert but like, bubsy 3d is the main thing
i just found out that bubsy 3d was released the month i was born and i'm fuckin STOKED
