@bea @gcupc there are *things* I like about linux. I like being able to customize my desktop environment (however, when I tried to do that, it broke my computer and I had to stop trying to do that). I like package managers (however, I don't like having to go through a billion hoops to install something not available on the package manager). I like having a nice, usable command line! but so much software is broken on it, so much isn't available on it, and most of the stuff that *is* available on it is only available in a form vastly inferior to versions on other OSes.

anyway due to technical difficulties after a few days of using linux i'm switching back to windows (though i'm actually upgrading to 10 this time)

linux is unusably bad software and never ever ever ever believe anyone who tells you it's good

@Efi this was essentially what i meant when i said a few days ago that the problem with software is that the very people who should not be making software are the only people who make software

except the third one, which is fucking fantastic because it was directed inexplicably by alfonso cuaron (children of men, gravity)

it's got a lot of shitty jokes and is kind of obnoxious, but i find it funny and they play with some interesting ideas
