@hellojed it seems like most job application qualifications these days are just a list of random trendy technologies and some buzzwords with random numbers of years stuck after them

@Vulpes_Absurda @lycaon what happens is microsoft wants someone for a role so instead of hiring someone full time they get a contract quote, they send the job listing out to a bunch of contracting agencies who then spam indeed/linkedin/their entire email contact lists for anyone with matching keywords, then scream at me or call me at all hours of the day (if they have my phone number) to apply
