@LottieVixen i just hate looking at it. too high contrast. i know ppl with visual impairments can find higher contrast text easier like #ffffff on #000000 or vice-versa easier but i am not one of them and to my eyes something a bit lower contrast looks better

@LottieVixen @lycaon jekylls default theme uses #111 for black and #FDFDFD for white, which I find quite nice to look at. Although during some experimentation a while ago I preferred an even warmer white, making it look a bit more like paper. But I think it would irritate most people.
