@sblaydes it's a thai coconut curry, and it's extremely delicious! here's a good starter recipe: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/member/views/thai-chicken-curry-with-pineapple-1209534. i put sauteed green pepper and onion in mine, with pan-fried tofu instead of chicken. i also add plenty of toasted spices in at the beginning with my (store-bought) curry paste.
