I hate crying myself to sleep bc I always end up with crying hangovers 😠

the worst is not being able to sleep for so long that I get too hungry to sleep, this is bullshit

gotta deal with my anger during the day but I don't know howwwww to stop suppressing it

unless I'm sleepy I guess

I keep feeling so ready for sleep, and then as soon as I go to bed I start thinking about all the things I'm angry about and get riled up and now it's 3am whyyyy

maybe if I had seaweed crackers when I wanted them an hour ago, I would be been able to fall asleep 😠

@amphetamine yeah I've been worried I haven't been CW'ing enough for food, bc I've been going by what bothers me - I'm used to being one of the more/most sensitive ones around food in any given situation lol

for food CWs - should I add these for absolutely any mention of food, eg "I'm stuck in the fridge and worried my yogurt will get warm" or just if food/eating is the subject, eg "I really like these yogurts with musli in them and have eaten them for my last 3 meals"?

as someone with food issues, I like food CWs for the second, but don't care about the first, but I'm not sure how other people feel? give me social guidance!
