the work I've been putting into sleeping properly is paying off, bc now when I wake up in the morning, I'm actually *awake*, instead of being barely conscious and falling asleep 6 more times
most of the time this is rad, but I was awake until 4am last night, and not being able to just add the extra sleep hours on in the morning is...a new experience

I've also realised the one of the fastest ways to wake up in the morning is to feel socially connected - if I see a message from someone while I'm snoozing my alarm, I'm suddenly instantly awake
