I have a really hard time feeling or expressing anger, but one of the things I've started doing recently is taking really really hot showers when I get angry, and it's helping a lot
plus once I've calmed down a bit, I also wash and feel good about doing self care

I have a some sensory stuff around temperature too, so switching between VERY HOT and VERY COLD does a ~thing~ that makes me feel really good
