Since you said you like video games - have you played "Knytt Stories", "Within a Deep Forest", or "Super Cat Planet"? I find those kinds of "Exploring" games relaxing, and I really enjoy the mood those games establish. What kinds of games do you enjoy? Do you have any that you'd like to recommend?
@crazylemon haven't played any of those, but I'm intrigued by the names! I generally like exploration+crafting games (with some combat but not usually as the main focus) - recently I've been into Starbound and Don't Starve, but I've played a lot of Terraria and Rimworld as well. I really liked Aquaria, and I'm also really excited for Subnautica - it's still in beta, but it's an underwater exploration game and it's gorgeous!
