Is there a masculine and/or all-binary plural pronoun in English?
I feel like using french « Ils » (ils if your font is lame) sometimes.

One translation might be "those guys" or "these guys". "Guys" is masculine of course, but the phrase is used all the time for mixed gender groups.
I don't know of a way to convey the same meaning in a single word.
