Oof okay so. Listing it out again.
Swampy-feeling brain.
A layer of meaninglessness that mutes the worth of everything.
Emotional detachment.
Constant miasma thoughts.
Hard to process or even think on many things.
Relatedly, brain just gets tired out easily.
Possible causes: Gender dysphoria. Chemical depression. Life stagnation. Suppressed plurality. Severe sleeping issues. Emotional trauma.
What can I do about this? Who can I talk to who has had and overcome this agonizing state of being? Will any kind of therapist or psych help, or is the medical field typically useless?

@kitsch @Lioness keep in mind a state-appointed psychologist (one working in a mental hospital) isn't obliged to have a relationship with you--one you find and appreciate actually honors your needs and situation, afaik
