@kitsch I'm reasonably sure I don't have 'suppressed plurality' & prly not emotional trauma (at least not recently?) but
in general what you're describing sounds like an excellent reason to find a psychologist. they can help you figure out where to go from there, & there *are* effective treatments for these things.
Depending on the nature of the sleep issues, seeing a sleep specialist could also be helpful
