5. reaching the bus stop just as the bus was coming up

6. getting to work worried about being late only to find everything was shut down

7. joining the search for a part that ended with a "dunno where it could be, let's go...oh wait it's right here" moment

so, yeah...got treated to, among other things

1. somehow transposing 8 am to 8:30 in my mind, and leaving home about 20 minutes later than I wanted

2. getting to my train a few seconds before it started to pull out of the station

3. seeing that my route on foot from the the train stop was blocked by a freight train that stopped and reversed directions twice before chugging away and clear right as I came up to the crossing
