I woke up unusually early and did some work, can I take a nap now?

Like, I feel funny going out somewhere where the lights are low and the patrons are all outfitted in their courtly raiments. But this place had no pretension about being a homey restaurant that just wanted to fill your plate with great cuts and fries and veggies.

Just perfomed a serious act of self care and tried out the fancy new steak place to celebrate the new job. It'd been a long time since I went out by myself for a fancy meal. And it was hecking good

I just spent a few minutes on Twitter, and it's amazing how the user interface developed to make me more anxious, just clickin' 'on things:

Now I'm remembering that this fucking/worship scene was the introduction to the book, so why did this show start with the head splitting?

I spent too much time cooking spaghetti sauce yesterday so I didn't manage to doll myself up like I've been itching to.
