@qubeslayer yep, I usally sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce on the whole thing before I throw it in the oven :)

@qubeslayer here's my recipe for pork chops and dirty rice:

Melt 1/2 to 1 stick of butter in a 9x13 casserole dish

Add 1 cup of rice, and a can of French Onion soup, and a can of cream of mushroom soup

Mix all of that up and bury your pork chops in it

Cook in a preheated oven at 350F for one hour or until done

Enjoy!

Bathing these pork chops in whiskey while they get up to room temperature
