I've been watching the way i flip between my "everything's great! You're Great!" cheerleader voice (i was born a cheerleader) and my "i am an authority on this subject, respect my opinion" voice that i often pull out at work, and i think i need to start pitching my dissent at higher pitches... i haven't been wrong yet
