@qubeslayer yep, I usally sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce on the whole thing before I throw it in the oven :)

@qubeslayer to follow up on this: I drank too much to remember to try out a little beer in the rice. But, the recipe was correct and the results were delicious
