@rustyk5 meanwhile, I'm thinking it might be OK if the new job gives me a windows machine. That is, I'm right there with you
@katje midway through college I decided that if the choice was Windows or nothing I'd just never use a computer again, and fortunately the world has never given me a reason to regret that
(although the newest iterations of windows do look kind of interesting)
@rustyk5 fortunately, my interviewers all had nice MacBookz and ThinkPads running Linux (as is my want). But yeah, the ability to run gnu coreutils and a Linux cli in windows sounds acceptable and challenging enough to be fun
