"When you go into a public library... the librarian does not ask what services you have rendered to society before giving you the book, or the fifty books which you require, and he comes to your assistance if you do not know how to manage the catalogue." -- Peter "Santa" Kropotkin, my dude, my homie, on libraries and service for all society

time to unwind, kick off my boots, and what's especially nice is, I have a psych appointment tomorrow morning which means I get to sleep in a bit (link - e926.net/post/show/821777/cell) witches.town/media/iuLeZD-0TcX

I wonder how best to make such a game competitive. I think I'd go for cards over a board, because using a board implies that all the players are working in the same factory, whereas with cards each player would build their own factory represented by their deck. Hrm, Yet Another Deck-Building Game?

I should design a board game about building and operating a factory

Androids are real.

However, we are running out of resources to power them. The sky gets darker from smog every day, decimating our solar energy source. We have burned up every fossil and every piece of coal we can get our hands on.

The only easily accessible source of energy is food.. and only human bodies can process it.

Some androids seduce people, and once you are alone and vulnerable, they plug into you and start draining every bit of energy you have.

We call them Succubi.

(I may not be very Undyne-like in strength, or skill, or looks, or indeed any positive characteristic, but I am somewhat similar to her in how I try to go about being friendly.)

I can't overestimate the degree to which I value Undyne as an icon of strength and determination. I should wear a representation or symbol of her.

nope, feeling about the same as yesterday morning. :/

She told her friends, I am not doing it. She told me, I am not doing it. She told the instructor, I may not do it. What she told herself, one can only guess. For there she was, climbing the rungs of the pole, and then walking out across the high wire up in the sky. We cheered her on from the ground, encouraging her every step of the way. She leaned back into the harness, softly landing, a smile beaming from her face. "I did it!" she shouted, and we cheered even louder. #smallstories

gonna go to sleep and hope I wake up with a different personality. I mean, you never know!

might be rather scarce on social media in the next week or so, feeling more than usually insecure about where I stand in others' eyes

Last time @Ulfra_Wolfe did a reading for me, I came up with the void card then, too.
