got further into the Egyptian deities book than I was thinking I'd get today, and I'm pretty happy about that. also got two other books cued up, one a slim volume of stories about Anansi, the other Neil Gaiman's Norse mythology retellings, and I've yet another Norse mythology book coming. gotta collect that Loki material...

@benhamill certain bad films, the truly amateur films, are intriguing documents, providing glimpses into moviemaking on the outer margins. Some filmmakers are able to extract maximum value out of a tiny budget but more often you get questionable but fascinating decisions like "Manos: The Hands of Fate", top-heavy with driving sequences that go on for so long that they become entrancing all by themselves, or "The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies", padded out with location footage at a seedy amusement park that contributes a air of desolation, maybe accidental, to the whole film. And then there's Coleman Francis

If you want real book-books, two on my reading list are The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome (written before the new DSM criteria) and The Autism Spectrum Guide to Sexuality and Relationships. Haven't read them yet (expensive) but I've heard very positive things from those who have!
