These photos show the start of the method. I used Inkscape to lay down a grid over the Delta Rune graphic (cropped to just the shapes inside the escutcheon) then drew that grid with 1" squares onto my cardboard. Then I copied as best as I could, eyeballing it, the pattern from the smaller grid squares to the larger ones.

I talked a while back about how I went into my "fling" with #Loki and how at the time I thought it was just hilarious. The night that Loki made unambiguous contact with me, I thought it was the greatest joke in the world, and I was laughing my ass off as I agreed to the affair. But believe me, in that moment I hadn't forgotten what a dangerous entity Loki was, even while laughing and consenting to get involved with them. taking some of this morning's advice to heart. I have been shampooing every day, and with a rather harsh soap at that (castile soft-soap in fact), so instead I'll use a milder shampoo every other time and use conditioner daily. I've hardly ever used conditioner so maybe it's time I start?

trying this again: played another round of Pandemic Legacy with @Ulfra_Wolfe and friends (we lost, our 2nd lost after two wins) and was introduced to "Small World", a very fun if chaotic game that's a bit like Risk if Risk were enjoyable. The wealthy white ladies stood me in good stead.

Not long after this I accompanied an old friend to Portland, where he wanted my help and companionship in delivering some supplies to his younger brother who lives near that city. On the way back we visited the large Goodwill thrift shop in central Portland and, while rambling through aisles of bric-a-brac, I spotted an out-of-place book someone had dropped on a shelf, a copy of the first issue of the periodical "Tyr", its front cover here pictured.
