@chalcedony myself, I've got a bit less than an hour to psyche myself up for my 12-hour day at the biodiesel plant...
@chalcedony oh, they train! not very well, but they don't assume you know very much. really it's a manual labor job with a tiny amount of routine lab work. bet you could pick it up just fine
@kara_dreamer ◾ I think I might trade you then. Maybe. For the day. If I could come back and find my current chores completed, in exchange for going and doing that job for a day.
But that's impractical, of course.
@chalcedony I know. and who knows when we'll _ever_ get the ability to transport ourselves between places rather than have to get into some kind of vehicle...
