@kel @kara_dreamer Make sure to have a headset on, then, I've had hard times when I'm mumbling.
I don't know how to negotiate your problem. There's almost nothing that can capture the first time, since you don't know what's coming. Then, things can happen so fast, vague, but intense and precise. How is it possible to write or type it all? How can we not lose details moments after they've happened?
Maybe it's a lesson on grief. Entropy, the matrix universe's garbage collection, only hopes we can preserve enough of what happens. It seems like a large burden to have flashbacks of a vision upon your memory's demand.

@kara_dreamer I don't trust myself to remember anything unless I've related it to myself for later. Audio, paper, my phone, printed notes, Google docs, I've used them all to keep track of things.
Entropy exists, so these things are gonna slip through the cracks to feed the universe's garbage memory collection. And no note will be perfect, but the moment will be remembered better, too.
Is that what you mean by slipping away? Mission creep can be like that, aka moving goalposts
