this is a question for everybody, but in particular @Ulfra_Wolfe who asked me about it: which one of these strikes you as a good symbol for the hearth?

The first two I found when searching for symbols claimed to be associated with Hestia, ancient Greek goddess of the hearth; I don't know their authenticity (slight enough, I suspect, not that it matters TOO much.) The second two are variations on the astrological sign for Vesta, the Roman version of Hestia. witches.town/media/-DzOwcRouwL witches.town/media/sSZZtGMUoWY witches.town/media/uuQ8OXx4G3T witches.town/media/MUcf1p_8cbG

@glowinthed0rk @Ulfra_Wolfe I kinda do too, honestly. The "V" symbol isn't too hearthy for me, and suggests a ceremonial flame rather. the first symbol seems a bit closer to the hearth concept

@Ulfra_Wolfe @kara_dreamer it's hard to explain but the first one intuitively resonates with me in a way the second doesnt... which is how i make most of my witchy decisions
