@kara_dreamer so essentially it was a small shallow pool with a door that sealed a little so there was no light and the water was so salty that as soon as you get on your back, you float. So I laid there and tried to think about my writing or tarot or work but my brain kinda just wanted to enjoy the silence and floating sensation and darkness.
@kara_dreamer I fell asleep, I'm not sure for how long, but I felt awake for a lot of it and just listened to my heart beat.
@guerrillarain curious! sounds a little reminiscent of my one experience of anaesthesia, especially the "feeling awake"
