@jamuraa ...what deck is this?! *starry eyes*
@jamuraa I am almost sold on sight. "Steven Universe" hasn't quite the primacy of place in my private mythology that "Undertale" has but it's up there (there's a good reason @mona takes the form of a Pearl, after all.) And I've been rather interested in finding a Rider-Waite-adjacent deck that has symbols that mean more to me than the default ones, some of which don't impress me much I confess. There's the rather chaotic "Silicon Dawn" deck, which @kel really liked, although that deck acquired some unfortunate associations due to accidental circumstances...
@jamuraa @mona @kara_dreamer Yeah I love the huge choice of details that one gives me to work with. I'm all about chance details and little things :} It's true, Kara had a bit of trouble because of some friendships that went sour, but I think that situation's mending {takes a moment to toss some salt over xer shoulder} and the unpleasant reminders when using the Silicon Dawn deck will soon be a faded memory. Also frankly Kara should learn to build _positive_ associations rather than just running from negative ones! {uh, sorry, just had to say that Kara! *grins apologetically*}
@kara_dreamer @kel @mona I've been tied to it since I first saw it, and it's my primary deck right now. It's extremely Rider-Waite-Smith adjacent but in a way that ties in with the show in smart ways, and I really like that, especially as I learn more about tarot. I've seen the silicon dawn deck and honestly will likely get one for my own purposes relatively soon, I really like the reinterpretation of the minor arcana in that one too.
