day 9 of #100selfieschallenge. lying down after taking a hot shower. usually I have to rest for a short while after a hot shower, like a roast that needs to rest for a time after being removed from a hot oven

@kara_dreamer Haha, my my. I do feel the same ! Hot water is just... how to say it ? It shuts everything down ! So dizzy and sleepy. Yeah, sleepy is the word. Any hot shower just puts me to sleep and I need to lie down for... some time, with fresh air !

@Morgane yes, exactly! paradoxically I don't feel like I've started the day properly without a shower, but then the first thing a shower makes me do is feel pleasantly drowsy
