@sn00c They're all new players, so it was more that they were just hyper-cautious about exploring the environment and also skipped a room entirely, which slowed them down later because they didn't find a key.
My players did not get through a five room dungeon in three hours and it's not my fault but I still feel incompetent as a DM right now. :-/
