Felt like I actually kept my head above water today. Now I just have to get through the backlog.

Although the fact that toots are jinxes here on witches.town is a pretty close second.

.@rowletbot is the best and purest thing on both Twitter and Mastodon.

I don't like kids. I'm not good with kids. I don't want kids.

But when a little kid grabs my hand like I can fix everything, I'll be damned if I wouldn't fight the whole world to keep from disappointing them.

Ultimately Mastodon's killer feature is that it's a public good that someone built because they thought it needed to exist and not a startup someone built because they wanted to get rich quick selling other people's data.

That in us which is ageless is best awakened by the smells of spring.

Whoops. I think some people are getting the wrong idea because I used the word "instance" unclearly here. >.< I'm not behind witches.town—that's @Alda.

I was just pleased because I used fluidapp.com/ to make a standalone witches.town app on my Mac (since there aren't any Mastodon clients for Mac yet). Not at all important, not nearly as cool.

@Wikisteff To be clear, I'm not behind this instance—I meant I'm using an app called Fluid to make a standalone Witches.town app on my Mac. fluidapp.com/

@shivian Not so visibly queer, lapsed idiosyncratic witch. Still want to raise my hand for this, though.

Got Witch Town set up in its own Fluid instance. Trying to decide on a good icon for it. Right now it's this Iconfactory icon, described as "Mad Tea Party".
