I started doing resolution stuff mid last week and wow it's actually working I haven't given up on Jan 1st. I mean it's just daily taking meds, brushing teeth, & facial skincare but still

Considering last new years day I was out of it until like 1pm when I woke up hungover as hell and somehow still drunk this pretty good actually. I'm awake and eating and drinking water and it's okay

Idk intimacy is both so important and so difficult at the same time. I've been out four years this year and the lack of like. Intimate and comfortable relationships in that time is hard to ignore
