I started doing resolution stuff mid last week and wow it's actually working I haven't given up on Jan 1st. I mean it's just daily taking meds, brushing teeth, & facial skincare but still
@zeborah yeah I'm usually pretty good with meds so I'm using that for a basis of a night routine! I'm usually in bed way before I go to sleep & meds are right there so it's been tricky to convince myself to actually get up
@jenkshields Yeah, I'd struggle with that too! My main challenge at night is starting the go-to-bed routine at all; once I've started I'm in bed and asleep within 15 minutes but getting up off the couch is an exercise in "just five more minutes" for sometimes hours.
