Stop conceding ground to those who say trans women are not women. If you've a group that "identifies as women" that's just a group of women.
If a thing is for people who "identify as women" that's often just a thing for women. If it involves menstruation or childbirth or whatever just say so because you know what the right people will not show up and shit.
Stop using "identifies as" to mean "trans women are welcome" - make it the default.
Minor pet peeve: saying "identify as women" as a grouping instead of just "women". If everyone there identifies as a woman, then you have a *group of women* y'all.
