I never really had to learn to walk in heels. I honestly got into my first pair and just walked down the hall. These are taller than most other ones that I wear but I still have no problem walking in them. it's one of those things that makes me feel really good. #extended

@BethB this is a thing that I might try out. I use a normal daily moisturizer now. Usually I don't use foundation on my whole face like I do that though.

Whenever I ask about foundation, I get told that I don't really need it. I still think that I need it for some spotchyness and to cover up the remaining blue from my beard, so it's not many days that I do makeup and don't at least put a powder on. #extended

@Josephine You have to make that decision now - whether you want to connect that relationship across the "boundary" of your transition or not.

Your fears are real and valid - people might be transphobic when you come out to them. So you need to decide whether you want to let them into that part of your life or not.

You can cultivate a new relationship with them if you want, though. Especially for people that you maintain a somewhat casual / professional relationship with, I've found it's sometimes easier to just start anew.

@nattarnoff I am skeptical, but then again I'm never sure of my own butt's worthiness either. At any rate it doesn't matter because these leggings are good enough no one should care. :)

I feel like I got a lot done today so far, and it seems like I have a lot of it left still. I still also feel like I'm racing to some sort of finish. In an hour or so I'll be forced to take a little break though, and maybe then also go chill a bit.

I really thought today might be a wash but I've been pretty damn productive working remotely. This makes me feel pretty good about heading out of the country for a week.
