@ikea_femme I had erections at one year, it never really went down. The things that I lost were _unwanted_ erections.

Right before bottom surgery, basically the only time I liked anything about my genitals was when I was using them to penetrate partners. Whether you'd regret depends on you more than it depends on how you like your parts now. Unfortunately I don't think anyone can answer it - you can't really know until you do it.

Not sure what to make of the Five of Pentacles here. In Rider-Waite-Smith decks it looks different and signals adversity and having a lack of financial resources, and the need to handle things yourself without help.

In this deck I've always interpreted it completely opposite of that - you have the tools that you need, but you might not know that. This meshes with the "Cheeseburger Backpack" of it all.

It's surrounded by other not so great signs though. Nine of pentacles is self-sufficiency but it's inverted, four of cups is apathy which inverted is also no fun.

@ikea_femme I'd probably pay a surgeon a decent chunk of money for an honest opinion that I didn't really need FFS.

Alternately I can just force myself to wait until I'm 5 years HRT and I have a bit more adjustment to the anchoring in.

@ikea_femme I'm one of the lucky few - I don't believe I will have a problem getting FFS if I really believe that I need it.

I do think I look cute and feminine most of the time - it's about a flip of the coin whether I'll hate my face on a particular day. As for recovery - yea, that's one I'm worried about because I hear that it could be more tricky than bottom surgery even. I recovered quick from that.

Partially I have intense distrust of people who have reason to not hurt me. I'm lucky enough that I don't get a lot of hate, and don't need it socially sometimes, but I have that bug "what if" in my head now.

@Cocoron at the normal places. plus size and extended sizes are your friend. Learn how to measure your body and fit the clothes to the one that is the most restrictive.

That means the all the measurements need to be bigger than you are at that point on your body, or it won't fit (usually).

Some huge part of me wants them to be like my voice therapist, who I had one appointment with and she sent me away and said I was totally fine already.

I think I might need to make a promise to myself.

Okay well I'm officially curious about both what some surgeon would think I need to get fixed from my T puberty and what they think I would look like afterwards.
