@Josephine I seem to have settled into a particularly okay makeup situation, if I may need to relearn how to do fancier things (lost skills from early days having to do a full face of makeup)

I question whether I look at women 5, 10 years younger than me and try to emulate them because they are what is HERE.

I almost always feel more well-dressed than friends at social things. I've kind of accepted that I'm the fetching femme of the group and they seem to be fine with that too. Knowing didn't want to go punky or super casual while mostly friends who did was probably a help in that I knew I had to figure out what I wanted.
