@Archadia I think it might be associated with friction in the shoulders / sleeves unfortunately so I'm not sure adding weights would help, also this fabric would *really* show any modifications to it, it's pretty thin.
@jamuraa if you have sewing skill, you can always tack a string of weighted beads to the inside of the bottom hem where you needed to pull down on the top (front or back, depending on where it rode up).
