The successor is the Five of Cups inverted. It shows a loss of harmony and learning from your mistakes. Considering the change that I will need to make to make my future work, I am not surprised to see this, especially in the huddle of characters who are not working quite well together.

The precedent, high priestess inverted, shows a strong judgement and intelligence, with a major hint to the empatny component. This is a pretty indicator for how I'm feeling right now, like I'm being held back from understanding things and very nervous and confused. If we take this as a calibration, I think we're doing good.
Currently we have the Two of Pentacles inverted, which indicates change and play. This is a strong indication and works well for what I expect to happen tomorrow. It being held inverted makes a lot of sense as trigger change and then put it on hold.
