if my theory's correct these are a vital tool for getting my fat macros back where they need to be to stay in a fat-burning ketogenic state. my unmodified diet always seems to be far too high in protein, which in excess can convert to glucose (meaning, fucks up ketosis)
to reduce protein perhaps i should also look into eating less meat, but that's reducing a restricted diet even further, and meat is also very satiating
in any case, i haven't dropped these 15 lbs in over five months of trying, so i'm doing something wrong

@ikea_femme In my experience the boobs come back if you just add more weight, and in losing a lot of fat, you may be pleased with where the new fat you add appears.
i was like 7 years into HRT before i stumbled onto keto, got to my skinniest adult body, and then (oops) put on more weight, which redistributed in a female-pattern way unlike i had ever experienced before. it was really good.
formula: lose male-pattern fat, gain female-pattern fat. worth trying, imo
i am also skinny-fat, though these past five months of muscle-building make even that look noticeably nicer. pecs perk your boobs up!
