Anyone got any ideas for giving myself more energy?
I'm like a freaking zombie by the time work's finished and I'd love to get on with creative things and actually be awake enough to snuggle my partner (who's currently on summer hols *harumph*) before bed.
Ps. I'm already a caffeine machine with adhd so caffeine's not gonna help.
@Fionawesome @alice this is common and often unsolicited advice, but regular exercise helps me. Especially running.
Also, maybe try scheduling your breaks and planning what you'll do once they're over, so you at least plan your nap/veg out time rather than just giving up when you're out of energy.
