So many in the credits for non-acting positions are french (lighting, sound, scores, direction), thanks to organizations are french
but the cast is British with thick hardcore definitely British accents and they're speaking English
and the most French thing I got out of this was someone saying "monsieur"

So, I wanted to try out the show Versailles because I remember seeing ads for it in Paris and I'm like "Oooo historical show in French, lemme practice my French" and it starts and I see Canal+

in the month of april, there is a chill nanowrimo event called camp nanowrimo. you can set your own goal for the month, and it can be in words, hours, lines, pages... whatever you want!
as part of the event, you can join a group called a "cabin." you get something of a group chat and you also get to see how well everyone else in the cabin is progressing towards their goals.
i'd love to get a cabin of mastodon writers going!
